Our platform simplifies the analysis of sickness absence and follow-up of implemented measures by collecting sickness absence statistics. You will also gain a clear picture of how sick leave is developing over time. This enables data-based and long-term work for better health and lower sickness absence costs.
It makes it easy for you as a manager to analyze and understand, among other things:
“MedHelp Care’s Health Platform enables Inter IKEA Group to have a data-driven and proactive approach concerning employee health. Based on real-time data from the health platform, managers can follow the health situation and see history and patterns. Signals and risks of ill health can then be identified early, which helps in the proactive health work.”
The objective is to provide your organisation with a comprehensive overview of absenteeism within your company, thereby establishing a solid foundation for effective absence management. All statistics are derived from data collected on the MedHelp platform through the reporting of absences.
The standardized KPIs used to provide insights on the health status of employees are as follows and are presented in the reports over different time periods and groups. The absence rate is calculated by dividing the estimated number of days absent by the estimated number of working days. The estimated number of days absent is calculated using one of two methods: 1. By taking into account only weekdays. 2. By multiplying the period in question by the factor 5/7 if the period is longer than five days. The "health index" is calculated by dividing the number of healthy individuals over the past year by the total number of individuals over the same period. For the purposes of this index, an individual is considered healthy if they have been sick for a maximum of five days.
The summary report is generated at the company level and can be generated by users with statistical rights for the entire company. The summary report provides an overview of the company's health status, presenting a number of key figures. It is possible to compare two periods.
